The Sweeter, the Better!
My personal favorite scar remedy is the inexpensive. One of those being a honey and nutmeg mask. 1 tablespoon of honey with 1/2 tablespoon of nutmeg…you can adjust for your liking. Spread evening to affected areas. Allow the mask to set for 10 minutes and rinse with warm water. It not only treats existing scars, but it works wonderfully as a gentle exfoliant leaving skin soft and smooth! Repeat only once-twice a week…it’s pretty strong.
