| Greetings! I pray you are in wonderful health and spirit! I am super excited to unveil Phase III of MONARCH! This Phase was definitely a different experience from the first two. A new level of precision, science and care was required and I wanted to take my time with it. It also called for me to reach back to a time, that was exceptionally joyful, where I met some of the most amazing artists in spoken word. They, as well as others in the Houston poetry family, are responsible for helping me find my voice of expression. These poets (SE7EN, Deep Blue See, Bar None, Equality, Punkin from Pluto, Killa Whale + DJ Supa Star) gave me permission to delve deeply into what I wanted and needed to express without criticism or judgement. It was pure love and acceptance as a young poet to the line-up. Their unique combination of uninhibited technique, unfiltered creativity and truth-filled poetry formulated the group ‘Liquid Soul’. They were fluid. They were powerful. Their individual and collective energy was contagious, incredibly conscious, phenomenally flawless and something to marvel at every single time they made an appearance. They each had and have a very special impact on me, even to this day. As I write this tears are forming, because of what they’ve knowingly and unknowingly contributed to my personal growth on many levels. Their artistic presence has honestly gotten me through some of the most difficult times. Phase III features three scented luxury candles, with ‘Liquid Soul’ as the signature scent. I’ve made many candles before as a professional sports massage therapist, yet, it has been 5 years since being inspired to get back to engineering them. This round of luxury candles is driven with an entirely different spirit and mind.
